Professional standards & Continuing Professional Development CPD
I'm registered with UKCP, BACP, and COSRT (Senior Accredited Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapist, AccCOSRT (Sen), and an accredited COSRT Supervisor. RegCOSRT(sup)
To keep my registration in good standing, I complete regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD):
- COSRT: Minimum 30 hours per year, with 20+ hours specifically in psychosexual & relationship therapy;
- UKCP: 250 hours over 5 years (with at least 20 hours each year).
- BACP: Minimum 30 hours per year.
- As a Supervisor, I also maintain ongoing CPD in supervision practice.
In practice, I complete 60 hours of CPD each year, exceeding the minimums across all three bodies. My CPD includes advanced training, supervision, research, teaching, and reflective practice.
