Psychotherapy
As a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, I provide integrative therapy for individuals seeking emotional understanding, psychological well being, balance, and change.
You might be experiencing anxiety, loss, low mood, or the effects of trauma, or you might simply feel stuck or disconnected from yourself. Psychotherapy offers a reflective space to explore these experiences safely and with compassion.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, relational, and cognitive-behavioural models of therapy. Together, we can examine patterns that may no longer serve you, build resilience, and foster greater emotional well-being and self-awareness.
Therapy is collaborative, paced at your comfort level, and grounded in warmth, clarity, and respect for your lived experience.
Sessions are paced and structured to support focus and reflection, helping clients recognise their unique ways of thinking and relating as part of their identity and strength.
Neurodiversity and Self-Understanding
I also work with neurodivergent adults who wish to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, exploring how differences in attention, processing, or communication may affect confidence, relationships, and well-being.
Where appropriate, I can guide clients through the diagnostic process and help them understand the implications of a formal assessment or identification, both personally and professionally.
