Emotional & Sexual Well-Being
Emotional and sexual well-being are often closely connected – tension or stress can affect desire and intimacy, while sexual difficulties can create distance or conflict. I work with both together to help restore understanding, connection, and confidence.
Long-Term Illness, Disability & Health Challenges
I support clients living with long-term illness, disability, or cancer, helping them explore the emotional and relational impact of health changes, pain, altered body image, and uncertainty. My oncology and trauma-response training enables me to offer calm, specialist support during these transitions.
Emotional & Psychological Support
I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, loss, low self-esteem, and trauma. Many people seek therapy when life feels overwhelming or when relationships, work, or health challenges begin to take a toll.
I offer a calm, structured, and confidential space to help you make sense of what's happening, feel more grounded, and rebuild clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, combining established therapeutic models with research-informed methods to support meaningful and lasting psychological and relational change.
Why Choose Online Therapy?
Research shows remote sessions can be as effective as in-person therapy. Many clients find phone sessions feel more private and easier for opening up. Remote work also makes therapy accessible across the UK and internationally.
TRUST
“The best part about the therapy was that, as Imm an engineer, I appreciated your explanation of how anxiety works in my body. I understood that. Then the methods you explained to reduce my anxiety appealed to my structuralist brain. And all your work was evidence-based, which increased my trust in you and the process. ”

CONFIDENCE
“I initially came to Diana for couples counselling with my husband. Over the following months, we worked together, discovering what we needed as a couple and as individuals. I have since continued working with Diana myself, where she has helped me, as an individual, regain confidence lost over time and become the person I once was. ”
